Gunsmithing Media

“One hour per day of study in your chosen field is all it takes. One hour per day of study will put you at the top of your field within three years. Within five years[,] you’ll be a national authority. In seven years, you can be one of the best people in the world at what you do.” — Earl Nightingale

This is my working list of media that professional and serious hobbyist gunsmiths may find useful in advancing their professional knowledge. It is a mix of what is in my shop library and what I would like to add to my shop library. It is presented in alphabetic order to make finding what you are looking for easier. This order is not to suggest any level of importance.

As of 1 Oct 2021, over 280 media items were on this list. We add items as we find them but only count them once per quarter. The symbol indicates that a version of it is in my library. (this is only partially done) The symbol Δ indicates that I have read a version of it. (this is only partially done) By “a version of it,” I mean that the exact publisher/edition listed here may not have been the copy I read or have in my library.
